Thanks for keeping all of us informed. Also appreciated the photos. Here in KC, it's all about the latest flip. We closed on the property about nine days ago, and it has been destruction ever since. For instance, removed three lays of flooring in the kitchen to reveal the original 80-year-old wood floors. Yesterday, Debra was taking down a wall because the 2x4s were turned the wrong way. She's taking many photos that I'll try to send your way. Love, dad
